ELIZABETH APARTMENTS FOR SENIORS AND MOBILITY IMPAIRED, ST. ELIZABETH ASSISTED LIVING, L.P., AND ST. ELIZABETH APARTMENTS FOR SENIORS.

TO PROVIDE MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE FOR THOSE PERSONS NOT ABLE TO OBTAIN COVERAGE IN THE VOLUNTARY MARKET.

ALL PROVISIONS TO OCCUR WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE WARWICK FIREFIGHTERS RELIEF ASSOCIATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
