THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A PERSONAL CARE FACILITY FOR ADULTS REQUIRING ASSISTANCE TO MEET PERSONAL NEEDS AND WHO, BECAUSE OF PHYSICAL OR MENTAL INFIRMITY, CANNOT THEMSELVES MEET THEIR NEEDS, BUT WHO DO NOT REQUIRE SKILLED NURSING CARE - AND IN SO DOING SERVING A RANGE OF PERSONS WITH RESPECT TO THEIR INCOME LEVELS, BUT PROVIDING PRIORITY ADMITTANCE TO PERSONS WHOSE INCOME LEVELS ARE OF A LOWER LEVEL AND WHO THEREFORE CANNOT OBTAIN ADMITTANCE TO OTHER PERSONAL CARE FACILITIES IN CRAWFOR COUNTY.
