IT ALSO PROMOTES HIGHER BUSINESS STANDARDS, BETTER BUSINESS METHODS AND GEATER INTEREST OF THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY, WHILE IMPROVING THE GENERAL BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF LANE COUNTY, OREGON.
