NO PART OF THE NET EARNINGS INURES TO THE BENEFIT OF ANY PRIVATE SHAREHOLDER OR INDIVIDUAL. THERE HAVE BEEN NO CHANGES TO THE CHARACTER, PURPOSES, OR METHOD OF OPERATION OF THE ORGANIZATION.
