PARTNERING WITH GOVERNMENT GROUPS TO HELP DESIGN, FUND AND, WHEN NECESSARY, MANAGE ACCESS TO THOSE PROGRAMS.3. SERVING AS A RESOURCE FOR OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS WITH RESPECT TO IMPLEMENTING SUCH PROGRAMS.4. EDUCATING OTHERS ABOUT THE BARRIERS PREVENTING OR LIMITING THE NATURE EXPERIENCE AND ADVOCATING IN THE COMMUNITY ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES WITH RESPECT TO THE TOOLS AVAILABLE TO REDUCE THOSE BARRIERS.
