THE CIC WAS FORMED TO ACT AS THE AGENCY AND INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE CITY FOR INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION AND RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY AND AS SUCH AGENCY AND INSTRUMENTALITY TO PARTICIPATE IN CARRYING OUT THE DEVELOPMENT PLANS AS LISTED FOR THE CITY OF TRENTON AND OTHER SMALL LOAN PROJECTS TO BOLSTER THE LOCAL BUSINESS COMMUNITY.

TO CREATE A VITAL COMMUNITY WHERE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND BACKGROUNDS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE AND WORK, AND WHERE QUALITY EDUCATION WILL BE AVAILABLE.
