OCCD'S PURPOSE IS TO DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT AND IMPROVE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL PROGRAMS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND TO DEVELOP AND IMPROVE THE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND PRACTICES OF ALL PHASES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION WHICH ARE RELATED DIRECTLY TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
