PRIMARILY: (I) TO PLAN , ORGANIZE AND MANAGE CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (CME) AND OTHER ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF MEMBERS OF THE MEDICAL STAFF AT SOUTHWEST GENERAL HEALTH CENTER AND THE PUBLIC; (2) TO PLAN, FUND, ORGANIZE AND MANAGE SOCIAL EVENTS AND OUTINGS FOR PROPERLY CREDENTIALED MEMBERS OF THE SOUTHWEST MEDICAL STAFF, SUCH AS THE ANNUAL GOLF OUTING; AND (3) TO MAKE OCCASIONAL CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT THE MEDICAL STAFF SUPPORTS.
