THE CENTER'S SUPPORT COMES THROUGH AN AGENCY AGREEMENT WITH TRI COUNTY BOARD OF RECOVERY AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND PROGRAM SERVICE FEES INCLUDING MEDICAID AND MEDICARE.
