THE PROPERTY WAS TRANSFERRED PURSUANT TO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE HOMELESS. THE MULLER U.S. ARMY RESERVE CENTER HAD BEEN DESIGNATED AS A SURPLUS PROPERTY AND WAS APPROVED FOR REDEVELOPMENT AND REUSE BY THE MULLER LOCAL REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN BRONX, NEW YORK. MANAGEMENT CLOSED ON THE RE-DEVELOPMENT FINANCING IN MARCH OF 2019 WITH A PROJECTED OPENING DATE OF APRIL 2021.
