GCT IMPACT PLANS TO SOLICIT AND RECEIVE FUNDS FROM INDIVIDUALS, FOUNDATIONS AND PUBLIC CHARITIES SO THAT IT WILL QUALIFY AS A PUBLIC CHARITY.
