COOPERATION BEFORE, DURING AND IN THE AFTERMATH OF EMERGENCIES IN PLANNING AND PREPAREDNESS ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE DISSEMENATION OF ACCURATE CRISIS RESPONSE INFORMATION.
