MODELING ITSELF AFTER THE NATIONALLY ACCLAIMED ALLEY CAT ALLIES, SCRUFF EDUCATES AND PROMOTES TNVR AND HAS SPAYED/NEUTERED OVER 9,000 STRAY CATS.
