BK ROT CREATES SPACE FOR THE LEADERSHIP OF YOUNG PEOPLE OF COLOR WHO DISPROPORTIONATELY FACE THE CONSEQUENCES OF ENVIRONMENTAL DESTRUCTION AND YET WHOSE VISIONS AND VALUES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE DOMINANT POLICY AND DESIGN STRATEGIES FOR URBAN SUSTAINABILITY.
