THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN ON A ONE-TO-ONE BASIS IN THEIR REGULAR CLASSROOM AND AFTER SCHOOL HOURS AS WELL, AS TO HELP STUDENTS REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL BY ASSISTING STUDENTS IN ADAPTING TO IN-CLASS AND REMOTE SETTINGS.

THE CORPORATION INTENDS TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO AVOID DRUGS AND ALCOHOL, CONCENTRATE ON ACADEMICS AND STAY IN SCHOOL AND PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS AND OTHER EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. THE CORPORATION WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS BY DISTRIBUTING FUNDS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS IN THE NAMES OF MATTHEW BRIAN GIANNUZZI AND LUKE THOMAS AVOLESE. STUDENTS AT LOCAL HIGH SCHOLLS WILL BENEFIT FROM THESE PURPOSES.
