THE PLAN WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL, DENTAL, SHORT-TERM DISABILITY BENEFITS AND PRESCRIPTIONS TO QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS AND DEPENDENTS IN THE NEBRASKA CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. THE PLAN IS A COLLECTIVELY BARGAINED, MULTIEMPLOYER PLAN.

The goal of this organization is to act as vehicles for their parent corporations to set aside funds for workers compensation, medical malpractice, general liability claims, and other insurance purposes.
