HELP YOUNG PEOPLE DEVELOP PERSONAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS BY CONDUCTING SERVICE AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS. VOLUNTEER YOUTH PROGRAMS SUCH AS LITTLE SKIERS AND LITTLE SHOOTERS. SERVICE PROGRAMS INCLUDE PATRIOTIC FLAG POSTING, RODEO AND CONCERT COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES.
