OF 2021, THERE WAS NO DEVELOPMENT ON THE PROPERTIES PURCHASED IN THE LATTER PART OF 2019 AND NO ADVANCEMENT OF THE POWERED FOODS' MISSION. THUS, THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, BY UNANIMOUS WRITTEN CONSENT DATED AUG. 9, 2021, AGREED IT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE ORGANIZATION TO DISPOSE OF ITS ASSETS, PAY ITS DEBTS, AND DISSOLVE THE OHIO 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT CORPORATION.
