THIS TRUST WAS CREATED TO FUND ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO FOUR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS: KINGSTON UNITED METHODIST CHURCH (LAUREL, MS), FOUNDATION FOR PUBLIC BROADCASTING IN MS (JACKSON, MS), CHRISTIAN FOOD MISSION (LAUREL, MS), AND THE SALVATION ARMY (LAUREL, MS). THE TRUST WAS FUNDED WITH A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS FROM THE ESTATE OF ERNESTINE BUTTS. THOSE PROCEEDS AND THE EARNINGS THEREFROM ARE THE SOURCE OF THE TRUST'S ANNUAL CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS AND ITS SOLE ACTIVITY.
