COMMUNITY MEMBERS ARE ALSO ALLOWED TO PLACE PREMIUMS ON ITEMS IF THEY DO NOT WIN THE BID. ALL PROCEEDS (LESS AUCTION FEES) OF THE AUCTION ARE DISTRIBUTED TO THE YOUTH MEMBERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER THE AUCTION.
