THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES LOANS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS AND MANAGES THE BARBEE TRUST TO PROVIDE MONEY TO THE ASSOCIATION FOR HOUSING THE MISSOURI ACTIVE CHAPTER.
