THE PROMOTION OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON MINNESOTA THROUGH SPONSORING COMMUNITY GROUPS YOUTH PROGRAMS IMPROVING PUBLIC RECREATIONAL AND SPORTING FACILITIES SUPPORTING THE CITY THROUGH PUBLIC WORKS AND IMPROVING PUBLIC RELATIONS.

The goal of this organization is to stimulate the economy, expand employment opportunities, encourage the establishment and growth of commerce and industry and otherwise enhance the economic development of the community.
