FACILITATING A SAFE AND COMPETITIVE ACTIVITY FOR FEMALE ATHLETES IN THE DISTRICT FROM DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS, BOTH ETHNICALLY AND FINANCIALLY, EDUCATING THE ATHLETES, COACHES AND FANS IN THE DISTRICT ABOUT THE SPORT OF BASKETBALL.
