TO PROVIDE EACH ATHLETE WHO CHOOSES TO PARTICIPATE, THE OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE THEIR WRESTLING SKILLS AS WELL AS FOSTER THE ELEMENTS OF COMPETITION, DEDICATION, SPORTSMANSHIP AND TEAM WORK.
