THE ORGANIZATION DOES THIS BY COLLECTING EXCESS PRODUCE FROM FARMERS' MARKETS AND TRANSPORTING IT TO THE LOW-INCOME NEIGHBORHOOD OF HEARTSIDE FOR DISTRIBUTION TO INDIVIDUALS, FOOD PANTRIES AND FREE OR LOW-COST MEAL PROGRAMS.
