THE THUMB RURAL HEALTH NETWORK SEEKS TO IMPROVE AND EXPAND AVAILABLE HEALTHCARE SERVICES AND TO PROMOTE THE OVERALL HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF THE RESIDENTS OF HURON, SANILAC, AND TUSCOLA COUNTIES IN MICHIGAN AND TO APPLY FOR GRANTS.
