WAS FOUNDED AT THE BEGINNING TO PROMOTE ICE SKATING, ICE SKATING SPORTS AND DEVELOP A COMMUNITY ICE SKATING ARENA TO PROVIDE A RECREATIONAL PUBLIC SKATING FACILITY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS. OUR MISSION HAS BECOME A FORK WITH THREE OUTLETS INSTEAD OF ONE. SECOND AND THIRD FORK HEADS CONSIST OF SKATING EDUCATION TO THE MENTALLY HANDICAP YOUNG AND OLD. LASTLY TRAINING THESE BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEINGS HOW TO WIN AND PARTICIPATE IN THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS.
