BY PARTNERING WITH COMMUNITY GROUPS AROUND HOPWARD COUNTY, WE SHARED THE UNIQUE HISTORY AND NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE OF HISTORIC ELLICOTT CITY, MARYLAND, THROUGH EDUCATIONAL, ENTERTAINING, AND CULTURAL EVENTS.
