THE POST'S MAIN MISSION IS TO SUPPORT VETERANS AND ACTIVE-DUTY SERVICE PERSONNEL, WHO ARE IN NEED OF HELP. THE POST IS ALSO A SOCIAL CLUB WHERE MEMBERS OF THE POST, ALL VETERANS, CAN ENJOY THE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES THE CLUB PROVIDES.

TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN 100 PERCENT AMERICANISM AMONG RESIDENTS OF ORLEANS. TO PUT INTO EFFECT PROGRAMS OF THE AMERICAN LEGION. PROVIDE GRANTS AND DONATIONS TO COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND SCHOOLS.
