TO PROMOTE THE PLAYING OF HOCKEY IN THE TOWN OF WAKEFIELD BY ESTABLISHING A YOUTH HOCKEY PROGRAM FOR WAKEFIELD YOUTHS AND PROVIDING PROPER ADULT SUPERVISION AND COACHING FOR SAID PROGRAM.
