PARK IS UNAVILABLE FOR PLAY DUE TO HIGH WATER TABLE THAT IS FLOODING OUR PARK PARTICULARLY IN THE OUTFIELD---THIS PROBLEM BECAME AN ISSUE AFTER THE CITY MADE MAJOR REPAIRS TO THE STREET --THE CITY WAS ORDERED BY THE DOJ TO UPGRADE THEIR SEWERAGE SYSTEM AND THE UNDERGROUND PIPES THOUGHTOUT THE CITY ABOUT 3-4 YEARS AGO.
