TO OPERATE THE BURBANK ICE ARENA AND TO FOSTER YOUTH DEVELOPMENT THROUGH LOCAL, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS COMPETITION IN HOCKEY AND FIGURE SKATING, AND TO ENGAGE IN EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES AS TO AMATEUR ATHLETICS AND PUBLIC SKATING.
