ENHANCE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL STUDENTS BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE GRADUATION STUDENTS TO PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION, AND FUNDING TEACHER PROFESSIONAL GRANTS TO ENHANCE THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR YOUNGER STUDENTS.
