ALL OF OUR SERVICES ARE OFFERED AT NO COST TO LOCAL RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES. OUR VISION IS TO EMPOWER THE COMMUNITY TO OWN THEIR ECONOMIC FUTURE.

TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT A SAFE AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR THE RESIDENTS OF BOURBON COUNTY KANSAS BY PROVIDING, SPONSORING, FACILITATING, PROMOTING, AND SUPPORTING HEALTH CARE, EDUCATIONAL, AND RECREATIONAL SERVICES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUCH RESIDENTS WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501 (C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
