MAINTAIN COMMUNITY PROPERTY, INCLUDING CHANNELS TO THE LAKE. THE ASSOCIATION HAS 1,012 LOTS OWNED BY APPROXIMATELY 586 OWNERS. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO MAINTAINS TWO PARKS AND PERFORMS MAINTANENCE ON THE CHANNELS.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE THE SPIRITUAL, EDUCATIONAL, OCCUPATIONAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, AND PHYSICAL WELLNESS OF EACH MEMBER OF THE FAMILY.

The goal of this organization are the organizations whose members are residents of a particular community or neighborhood who have joined together to remedy deficiencies in existing neighborhood conditions or to enhance conditions that are currently satisfactory.
