IN ADDITION, WE SEEK TO BUILD TEAM SPIRIT, TEACH DELAYED GRATIFICATION AND CREATE A FOCUS ON PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT ALONG WITH RESPECT FOR ONE'S SELF, TEAMMATES, COACHES AND COMPETITORS.
