THE IACO MEMBERSHIP PROMOTES RESPONSIBLE PUBLIC POLICY, ETHICAL SERVICE AND HIGH STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE IN SINGLE AND MULTI-COUNTY UNITS OF GOVERNMENT. EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE GOVERNMENT SERVICE IS ENHANCED THROUGH THE COOPERATIVE EFFORTS OF THE IACO MEMBERSHIP, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS AND ASSOCIATE MEMBERS.
