SHALLOWFORD CORNERS RETAIL CORPORATION IS A 501(C)(25) ORGANIZATION. IT WAS ORGANIZED FOR THE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING REAL PROPERTY, HOLDING TITLE TO AND COLLECTING INCOME FROM SUCH PROPERTY, AND REMITTING THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE INCOME FROM SUCH PROPERTY (LESS EXPENSES) TO THE SHAREHOLDER OF THE CORPORATION. THE SOLE SHAREHOLDER OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS THE ALASKA RETIREMENT MANAGEMENT BOARD, WHICH IS A TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION WHICH MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 501 (C)(25)(C). ALL DISTRIBUTIONS WERE PAID TO THE ALASKA RETIREMENT MANAGEMENT BOARD. THIS SHAREHOLDER RECEIVED THE JUNE 30, 2018 NET INCOME OF SHALLOWFORD CORNERS RETAIL CORPORATION.

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

IITA WILL SEEK TO IDENTIFY AND PROMOTE INNOVATION THAT IITA BELIEVES WILL ADVANCE THE INDUSTRY AND OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH WHICH THE TESTING INDUSTRY CAN OVERCOME CHALLENGES FACING THE INDUSTRY AND EXPAND ACCESS TO STANDARDIZED TESTS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

NO PART OF THE NET EARNINGS OF THE CORPORATION SHALL INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF, OR BE DISTRIBUTABLE TO ANY MEMBER, DIRECTOR, OFFICER OR ANY OTHER PRIVATE PERSONS, EXCEPT THAT THE CORPORATION SHALL BE AUTHORIZED AND EMPOWERED TO PAY REASONABLE COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES RENDERED AND TO MAKE PAYMENTS AND DISTRIBUTIONS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE PURPOSES SET FORTH HEREIN.
