TO FURTHER THEIR GOALS, CRDG IS PROVIDING ATTRACTIVE, AFFORDABLE SITES FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT; ASSISTING AND PROMOTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT; PROMOTING COMMUNITY SPIRIT THROUGH VARIOUS EVENTS AND PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR; AND PROVIDING FOR COMMUNITY BEAUTIFICATION.

TO SUPPORT THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS, COUNCIL 5390, IN ITS ENDEAVORS AND PARTICULARLY THOSE THAT ARE RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, AND FRATERNAL; AND TO FURNISH OPERATIONAL QUARTERS FOR COUNCIL 5390 BY HOLDING TITLE TO REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY, COLLECTING INCOME THEREFROM, AND FINANCIALLY SUPPORTING THIS COUNCIL AS DIRECTED BY THE FEDERAL TAX EXEMPT STATUS 501(C)(2).
