The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

The goal of this organization are the 501(c)(6) organizations that are involved in regulating, promoting or conducting commodities and commercial investment exchanges.

(1) TO PROMOTE JUSTICE THROUGH PROGRAMS SUCH AS ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR PERSONS IN NEED OF LEGAL SERVICES, CIVICS EDUCATION, AND OTHER PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS, INCLUDING PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS OF THE HAWAII STATE BAR ASSOCIATION; (2) TO IMPROVE THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE THROUGH THE CREATION, DEVELOPMENT, FUNDING, AND DELIVERY OF CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL AND LEGAL EDUCATION, AND LEADERSHIP, MENTORING AND OTHER PROGRAMS FOR THE LEGAL PROFESSION; AND (3) TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, RELIGIOUS, OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHING THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE (OR THE CORRESPONDING PROVISION OF ANY FUTURE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE LAW) (THE "CODE").

TO PROMOTE, PUBLICIZE AND ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN THE CIVIC, EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMUNITY TO PROMOTE THE INTEREST OF ITS MEMBERS IN THE WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY AND TO ENCOURAGE AND PROVIDE AVENUES FOR PRO-ACTIVE INVOLVEMENT OF COMMUNITY RESIDENTS;
