TO CREATE AND ADMINISTER A PROGRAM FOR THE VOLUNTARY ENVIRONMENTAL SELF-ASSESSMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE SPA INDUSTRY, 4. TO CREATE, RGANIZE, ADMINISTER AND MAINTAIN A REPOSITORY, AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS, CONTAINING INFORMATION HELPFUL TO OPERATING SPAS THAT SEEK TO IMPROVE THEIR LEVEL OF ENVRNMENT STEWARDSHIP RELATED TO ENERGY CONSERVATION
