IT SHALL BE THE FOREMOST OBJECTIVE THAT THE ATTAINMENT OF EXCEPTIONAL ATHLETIC SKILL OR WINNING THE GAME IS SECONDARY AND THE MOLDING OF FUTURE CITIZENS OF PRIME IMPORTANCE AND THE TRUE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM.

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
