THE RRCFS MISSION IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND OPPORTUNITIES IN SARASOTA AND MANATEE COUNTIES, AND SUPPORT RASM MEMBERS IN NEED, THROUGH THE DIRECT GIFTS OF RASM MEMBERS.
