THE GULF COAST COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF VENICE IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION DESCRIBED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) AND SECTION 509(A)(1) AND/OR 509(A)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
