THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE THE SOLE MEMBER OF OR OTHERWISE CONTROL SEPARATE SINGLE PURPOSE EXEMPT ENTITIES WHO WILL BE THE PARTICIPANTS OR PARTNERS IN QUALIFYING EXEMPT RELATED ACTIVITIES.
