The goal of this organization is to acquire, preserve, research, exhibit and provide for the educational use of works of art, objects or artifacts that are related to the study of zoology, biology, botany, mineralogy, geology and other natural sciences; history; archeology; or science and technology.

TO ASSIST THE NINE MEMBER JEWISH FEDERATIONS IN JEWISH PROGRAMMING, ON THE LOCAL LEVEL, STATEWIDE, AND TO PROMOTE COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS WITH THE STATE OF ISRAEL. THESE ACTIVITIES SERVE TO ENHANCE THE CULTURAL, RELIGIOUS, AND EDUCATIONAL AWARENESS OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITIES, AND IS INITIATED BY EITHER THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WITH THE ASSISTANCE FROM SNEC OR BY SNEC IN CONCERT WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. PROGRAMMING IS ON GOING THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

The goal of this organization is to produce music not specifically covered by another category including marching bands, jazz groups, chamber music groups, blues, country music, ethnic music (e.g., Brazilian, Celtic, Afro-pop, etc.), folk music, rhythm and blues.

THE ASSOCIATION OF OUT SURGEONS & ALLIES IS AN ORGANIZATION OF LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, QUEER/QUESTIONING, TWO-SPIRIT, AND OTHER POPULATIONS AND PEOPLE WITHIN OTHER GENDER AND SEXUAL IDENTITIES (LGBTQ+, LGBT, 2SLGBT, AND OTHER ABBREVIATIONS INCLUDED) WHO ARE ALSO SURGEONS AND THEIR ALLIES IN SURGERY PROFESSIONS, GATHERED TO PROMOTE ACCEPTANCE, INCLUSIVITY, AND EQUITY IN THE SURGICAL SPECIALTIES TO FURTHER LEARNER ENGAGEMENT, SUPPORT INDIVIDUAL PROVIDERS, AND BUILD A COMMUNITY. THE AOSA ALSO INTENDS TO CREATE A SPACE FOR LGBTQ+ SURGEONS AND TRAINEES THAT PROMOTES A DIGNIFIED AND SUCCESSFUL SURGICAL CAREER WITHOUT STIGMA, JUDGMENT, OR DISCRIMINATION. WE AIM TO ACHIEVE THIS THROUGH A COMBINATION OF OUTREACH, EDUCATION, MENTORSHIP, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

OUR MISSION IS TO DEVELOP A PROGRAM TO HELP CHILDREN GAIN CONFIDENCE, INSPIRATION AND SKILLS TO RISE ABOVE AND ULTIMATELY GO BEYOND THEIR GREATEST CHALLENGES, TO ULTIMATELY EXCEED THEIR OWN EXPECTATIONS OF THEMSELVES. THIS PROGRAM IS AN INNOVATIVE COMBINATION OF EXPLORATION OF THE ARTS AND PERSONAL CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. OUR GOAL IS TO BUILD A SPECIAL CENTER TO HOUSE THIS MULTI-DISCIPLINARY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM, INCLUDING A PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, WHICH WILL BE BASED IN NEWTOWN, BUT ITS DOORS WILL BE OPEN TO BENEFIT PEOPLE NATIONWIDE. IT IS OUR DESIRE TO CREATE A MODEL FOR OTHER COMMUNITIES TO HELP CHILDREN UNDERSTAND THEIR STRENGTHS, PASSIONS AND CAPABILITIES, PREPARING THEM WITH TOOLS FOR TOMORROW.
