THE MEANS OF PROVIDING SUCH EDUCATION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING A SUPERVISED LEAGUE OF COMBAT ROBOT EVENTS STRUCTURED UNDER THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE STANDARD PROCEDURES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF ROBOTIC COMBAT (ALSO KNOWN AS THE SPARC RULES) AND/OR SIMILAR ROBOTICS COMBAT EVENT PROGRAMS. FINALLY, THE ORGANIZATION IS DESIGNED TO FOSTER NATIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS COMPETITIONS IN ROBOTIC COMBAT.
