THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO SAVE HERITAGE FRUIT SHEDS FROM DESTRUCTION. THEY ARE NOW BEING USED AS STORAGE AREAS, PRODUCE SHOP AND THEIR INTENDED USE AS A PUBLIC EVENT CENTER FOR THE COMMUNITY AND FOR THOSE THROUGHOUT THE LOOMIS BASIN AND SOUTH PLACER COUNTY AREA.

MISSION:

TO PROMOTE YOUTH SOCCER THROUGH HIGH LEVEL TRAINING AND DEVELOP THE PLAYERS TO ADVANCE TO A HIGHER LEVEL OF PLAY. THE ORGANIZATION BUILDS YOUTH TEAMS AGES 8 TO 19 TO COMPETE IN VARIOUS LEAGUES AND TOURNAMENTS.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

The goal of this organization is to operate facilities for cooperative group living experiences in the out-of-doors; and which provide opportunities to learn campcraft, nature lore and conservation, and participate in a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational, athletic and group social activities including cookouts.

CAMP SYLVESTER PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL CAMPING FACILITIES TO 4-H CLUBS, FFA CHAPTERS, CHURCH GROUPS, GIRL AND BOY SCOUT TROOPS, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND FAMILIES.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO DEVELOP, PROMOTE AND ADMINISTER THE GAME OF SOCCER AMONG YOUTH (BOYS AND GIRLS UNDER NINETEEN (19) YEARS OF AGE), REGARDLESS OF RACE, COLOR RELIGION, AGE, SEX, OR NATIONAL ORIGIN WITHIN TERRITORY OF THIS ASSOCIATION. THIS ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS THE ENTIRE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO, AND IS A CUSTODIAN OF THE PUBLIC TRUST IN BALANCING THE NEEDS OF A VERY DIVERSE COMMUNITY. OUR YOUTH COME FROM NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGHOUT SAN FRANCISCO AND FROM ALL MANNER OF SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, SOCCER CLUBS, FRIENDS' NETWORKS, AND SPORTS PROGRAMS. WE HAVE FOUND COMMON GROUND ON THE SOCCER PITCH. THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL NOT, EXCEPT TO AN INSUBSTANTIAL DEGREE, ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITIES OR EXERCISE ANY POWERS THAT ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE CARRIED ON BY A CORPORATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAXATION.

TO SERVE AS A BODY THROUGH WHICH MEMBER SCHOOLS MAY MUTUALLY ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETICS AS WELL AS TO ESTABLISH AGREED UPON MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THE INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC PROGRAM. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROMOTES HIGH STANDARDS FOR SPORTSMANSHIP, ETHICS, AND THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE ATHLETIC PARTICIPANTS.
