THIS INDEPENDENT COMMUNITY OF USERS MEETS REMOTELY AND FACE-TO-FACE THROUGH A MYRIAD OF CONFERENCES, VIRTUAL TOOLS, AND PROGRAMS TO SHARE KNOWLEDGE OF BEST PRACTICES.
