THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 33 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS WILLIAM J. BARNWELL APARTMENTS LOCATED IN PERRYVILLE, MISSOURI, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.

MISSION:

EDNA RHF HOUSING, INC. IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT STATUTES OF THE STATE OF TEXAS. THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 24 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS MIRACLE MANOR LOCATED IN EDNA, TEXAS, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.

The goal of this organization are the residential options exclusively for older adults who want to have a simpler, maintenance-free lifestyle and enjoy the company of peers with common interests, or who require a moderate amount of support in the activities of daily living to maintain independent living.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE A TRANSITIONAL BRIDGE TO AID OUR RESIDENTS INTO LONG-TERM SOBRIETY AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY THROUGH THE 12-STEP RECOVERY PROCESS. OUR DESIGN FOR LIVING IS AIMED TO HELP BUILD CHARACTER, SELF-ESTEEM, AND ACCOUNTABILITY TO HELP IN THE PROCESS OF REBUILDING LIVES.
